I really enjopy the articles on the site and the sense of community that everyone has to help those who are committed to positive change in their lives.
With that in mind, I was wondering if anyone in the NYC area can recommend a trainer that subscribes to the progressive/innovative ideas written about on this site?
If so, please let me know. I would like to hopefully be assessed (see where my strength/mobility imbalances are) and also get a program written that focuses on soccer specific performance/nutrition.
