Train Longer, Not Harder

Hey All,
I was thinking about giving CS Sloans “Train Longer, Not Harder” program a go and I was wondering if anyone knows the recommended rest intervals one should use in between sets? I am thinking that 60-90 seconds would be sufficient (especially if I want to keep the workout to around 60 minutes). Also, I might as well ask…is anyone trying this routine now or has anyone done it in the past? How did it go? Just curious. It looks like a pretty intense program and a good one to follow post Anti-BB. Thanks…Tony G
