Train Long, Not Hard

I have to say I likes this workout a lot. Im sore everywhere, and I didnt even have to go to failure. The only bad/normal? part is that it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete the first session in the advanced workout. Is it supposed to last this long, or do I need to get my butt in gear? Also, Im on a low carb diet. I know the program has a lot of volume but I don’t feel this will jeopardize lbm because I never really hit failure, will it? One thing I’ve also noticed is that after the squat and deads, it makes the bench feel light. It this a neurological carryover from the heavy squats and deads? Any help would be appreciated.
