Hi friends,

Im proud to announce today that ‘bird seed productions’ are releasing the first trailer to my up-coming documentary; “theBird. theDocumentary.”

The film has been in production for about 3 months now, and an exact release date will be announced in the next few weeks. The documentary explores the world of theBird, including training, nutrition and explores deeply the personal world of theBird.

And yes, I do weight train, although I am a semi-pro soccer player, so my aim is not to be as big as I can.

The documentary will look closely at the typical training week of theBird.
