Traction/Distraction For The Ankle


Does anyone know if there is rehab for the ankle using jump stretch bands. I turned my ankle sprinting in class. I pushed off on med ball.


um.... maybe you should stop using extra stuff and stick to flat surfaces for a while.


I didn't plan on the med ball being there.

I believe he's also got a book on Elitefts called "Don't Ice that Ankle" or something like that. I'm interested to hear how it works out for you.
