This is neat site I came across a few months ago that is free to use. It let’s you enter everything you eat and lets you create custom food inputs as well. It is more organized then putting everything you eat on paper. It uses a specific database to list various types of foods that you can select, or create your own. It helped me a lot with training since I could track my food so easily. For those of you who are to lazy for paper and pencil, this might do the trick.
