After doing a couple sets of curls at the end of my workout my friend goes try to touch your shoulder with your finger and i couldnt at all hahaha it freaked me out! its probably nothing new to alot of the guys here but to anyone who doesnt know should try next time they get a good pump in their biceps its freaky haha
oh also when your chest is pumped try to touch your elbows together. Again alot of u prob know this but i found it cool
