Hey, probably being a bit dense, but just want to double check.
In weeks 4-6 under assistance conditioning, it specifies: 6 times through with a minute rest between each exercise. Then repeat 4 times.
So that is a total of:
24* 40 yard prowler
240-480 push reps
120-480 pull reps
Is that correct? Seems like a lot of volume compared to other programs, but maybe because it’s a challenge?
