So I got a hook up at a lab for one free blood test and I want to do a testosterone test. I did a total testosterone and estrogen test about 3 years ago and the results were 387 total test and 13.7 E2. Basically I expect it to be worst now.
Anyway, I remember back then I was hearing around here that free test is more valuable information…I could be mistaken though.
So I’m asking now…which test should I do (free or total test) to get a more accurate insight as to my test levels?
Appreciate any help asap as I only have 3 hours left to be at the lab!
