Total Noob Needs a 3-Day Routine

hi guys i am a total newbie i am reading as much as possible and trying to learn all i can but could someone suggest a good solid routine for me to do for now.its all a bit confusing at the moment.i can train 3 days a week.mon wed fri…thanks a lot…
