Total Body Workout Article

Can anyone post the link to this article. It was written I think by Chad Waterbury in the middle of last year but I cant find it when I search or look through the archives. It involved 3 sessions per week with 3x5, 3x8 and 2 x15 (adjustments were made after a few sessions) and the rest were short. There were only 6 exercises per sessions, 4 compound and 2 isolation.
