OK so I’ve poked around here quite a bit and I’ve read about a couple of different programs and have done one or two. My question is this. I’ve done Chad Waterbury’s Total Body Training and I 've also done a split program. I feel that I get a better workout and that my body responds better with a total body type of training. What other programs would you recommend because it seems like a lot of them are splits. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Most of Chads workouts are full body. Check out his Waterbury Summer Project. Joel Marion wrote an article called “Full body Frenzy” with another called “Full Body Fatloss”. Both are excellent routines.
Basically, most fullbody routines are going to incorporate much of the same lifts. The difference is going to be the periodization and rest intervals.
