Torn Shoulder Ligaments

Hey guys, I had my anterior, posterior and inferior ligaments all torn. I had two surgeries to repair them and the last surgery was Christmas 2009. I have been feeling good and of course going back to the gym with high reps and low weight but would like to get back into bodybuilding and training hard! Can someone give me a good routine to really build my strength back up without hurting anything? Any information is greatly appreciated!
