Your only choice is to give it complete rest. Sucks but true.
A TORN muscle will NOT repair properly if you keep using it and stretching the tear.
I've been in a damn boot for 3 weeks due to a torn calf muscle. I really wat to just dump the boot, but I know I'd do something dumb and tear it again.
Let the doctor advise you on healing time (sports medicine guy, NOT a GP)
