Torn ACL, Need New Workout

I was training really hard to make my college basketball team and things didn’t quite go as planned when I tore my ACL about 2 months before tryouts. I was doing WSFSB. My chest has always been lacking so I’m looking for a program that can help me target my chest. What I’m looking for is for someone to help me find/design a program that doesn’t involve the big compound lifts, squats, deadlifts, power cleans, etc. and that I can do either lying down or sitting.

Also, would it be smart to do the sitting calf raises or should I weight for a little bit before I do anything with my legs at all (I just had my surgery 3 weeks ago). thanks for your help.

Wait before doing any extra leg exercises but tell your physical therapist (assuming you have one) that you want to use an aggressive training routine.

Concentrate on rehab and maintain your upper body. Don’t expect a lot of gains. Watch your diet.
