I started 5/3/1 Beach body challenge this week and tore my quad on Wednesdays workout, I can not squat comfortably at all right now. Should I continue with the workouts anyways and just nix the squatting for now? Deadlifting didn't seem to hurt and I was still able to hit my numbers 350x5 400x5 450x5... I am not new to 5/3/1 this has been my main program for some time now.
Train what is trainable. its impossible for anyone here to gauge what you can and can't do. Some people cry and moan when they hurt something - others make it work. Just be smart and be tough.
