yes, it’s the c17-aa alteration that makes the drug hepatotoxic. Whether it bypasses 1st pass effect or not may slightly mitigate hepatotoxicity, but it certainly doesn’t negate it
Otherwise injectable stanozolol wouldn’t be hepatotoxic either. Going by case reports and documented side effects in literature we can see that it clearly is.
