What topical fat loss (cremes or gels) products have you tried and feedback.
I am looking to use it with a targeted Keto diet in the off days in the morning and again in the early evening.
On workout days I will only use in the morning and not later as I workout out aound 6 and use Surge.
If I am doing fasted state morning cardio I willd efinately apply the product before exercise.
Looking for thoughts on an application timing strategy that has worked and does mine make sense.
Also, in terms of body parts how long should you stay with the same area (i.e. abs, chest or back)?
Should you change every week or two, wait till the targeted area is where you want it, or alternate between body parts every day etc.?
