Top Physique Competitors Roid Use

I am a professional model and actor in Mexico . I am 34, 6.05 feet or 1.84 and about 92 93kg in decent shape as you can see. I want to get a IFBB pro card phyique, it´s one of my goals in life and I m not 23 anymore.

I think I have genetics and most important, the will and some knowledge, but bro, I need help cause I ve made it all alone my whole life. It would be also be nice get an endorsement from a brand, though I have a lot of competition. I want to rival the top Physique guys in USA, Steve Cook, Jeremy Buendia and Sadik Hadzovik etc... but I realize I need at least 4 pr 5 more kg of muscle in my tall frame.

DIET: 1: 75GR oats, some honey, 1 scoop whey, 8 whites, 2 yolks

2: 25gr oats, 1 whey, 8 whites, 1 yolk.

3: 250 gr chicken breast, 1 TABLESPOON raw OLIVE OIL some cooked pinapple for enzime digestion though it may be lost for the cooking but also lose some sugar.

4: same as 3

5: pre WO : 75 gr Oats, 1 whey

6 post WO: 75 GR oats, 1 whey, 1 banana, some honey ( dont wanna mess with slin).

7: 200gr chicken, 8 whites 1 yolk, vegetables, half avocado.

TOTAL KCALS: 330 PROTEIN 200 CARBS 120 FAT, I do carb cycling every 3 or 4 th day.

VIT C 2 gr a day, omega 3, serenoa repens for the prostate and block DHT, VIT E 400IU, Maca and Moringa ( natural south american plants full of enzimes and A oxidants).

I train DL, squats, barbell rows, dips, militar and heavy compound twice a week, do about 50 chin ups every WO for wideness. One day on one off, cant train for many days my NCS gets too stressed.
I do about 1 hr of cardio per day, if not I get too blurry, remember I live from my body too.

I m a believer in G Fluxing, lots of kcals and lots of training. And yeah I improved a lot as you can see.

I would get the Plazma but here in Mexico they dont have it, I ve learned the importance of eating carbs 90% of them in WO time.

DRUGS ( Here is what I think Im doin wrong):

CRUISING: 200MG TEST A WEEK WITH SOME ANAVAR OR 100MG OTHER MILD ROID, cruise for 2 months, blast for 3.

BLASTING: 500mg A WEEK OF TEST AND 500 OR 600 MG OF OTHER ANABOLIC ( BOLDE, OR 40MG DAILY OF ANAVAR). I never go over 1200 mg total of steroids a week, I wanna be healthy and also have acne problems, make a living from my looks so I couldnt use much of androgens.

I really appreciate any critique or suggestion, you seem very down to earth and I look forward all your posts, make made GREAT gains this past 2014... THANKS!!!.

So you are proposing a 5 month cycle which would be:

2 months of test at 200mg/wk with an oral and another mild anabolic.
3 months on typical test 500, maybe eq 5-600 and anavar 40mg?

Also I don’t see an AI anywhere. You need to make sure you get an AI. Letro, Aromasin or adex. Need to control e2.

Here’s what I think:

  1. 5 months on an oral is wayyy too long even if its mild anavar.
  2. why cruise?

I would do something like:

14 weeks test-e 500-750mg/wk
12 weeks EQ 600mg/wk (you could up this but remember it will affect your RBC at higher levels so you have to be careful).
either run anavar at 100mg for like 8 weeks or run something like dbol at 30-50mg for 4.
AI has to be run throughout cycle.

maybe i misunderstood what you wrote, but is this your first cycle then?
