Top, Mid, Bottom Exercises Selections Per Muscle Group


Would you be interested in creating a list of your favorite exercises that focus on the top, mid, and bottom positions for each muscle?

The POF aren’t bad but there’s some middle ground with movements too. Like squats are considered a mid range but all depending on execution can be lengthened for quads or glutes and fall into a lengthened/mid-range area.

That would be an incredibly long list and way too comprehensive for here. But would probably make a good article.
