Top Excuses

I have been reading the forums for a while and am still amazed at the excuses people give about why they can’t squat, etc instead of just saying “I don’t want to” or “I’m scared of the squat rack”. I thought a new thread might be in order to record some of these. Forgove me if this has been done before.

One of my favorites on why someone can’t do squats, “I have a sloped shoulder, one lower then the other”

“My water broke.”
