Now, it’s not the fact that I doubt anyone else’s integrity or discipline when I say that I or others shouldn’t perform drastic measures when trying to drop fat. I simply feel it unnecessary.

Yes, when you have anabolics and the like at your disposal, the negative consequences of such a drastic approach are attenuated or altogether minimized; however, these are not options for everyone, including myself. That’s all. Now, I’m getting off the point here, aren’t I? :slight_smile:
