I’m on a System of a Down kick right now. Chop Suey, Toxicity… Reminds me of surfing on the North Shore of Oahu…a real stress reliever when training to this kind of music.

311 music has that same surfing on the north shore feel.

Metallica always gets me to focus on training and block out anyone/anything else.

311 has always been a favorite of mine. They are my party music though. Very uplifting stuff.

That is right, I grew up on that stuff and the founder of the Cro-mags Harley Flannagagn is a friend of mine and a client. Very cool guy.

I have this disturbing image in my mind of this stacked 300lb guy going over to the the front desk and getting them to put this stuff on, and then walking back to weight room to start his deadlifts. All the while surronding by about twenty or so other dudes who are now very, very, very scared.
