maybe he’s a skinny guy and he read that virgin olive oil is a good calorie filler.

For those who take HOT-ROX Extreme - - what are your thoughts? I’m debating what supplements I need to add. I’m 7 weeks til my first show and was curious if HRX makes a significant difference? Or would you suggest taking Flameout, etc?

(I currently take fish, flax, BCAAs, glutamine. I alternate fat burners so that my body doesn’t get to use to one.)

Do we really need another one of these threads?

I am new to supplements, can someone tell me if its nessesary to buy Grow!, Metabolic Drive and creatine? I am trying to put on some muscle and loss some fat. I have heard great things about Biotest, can someone tell me which of these 3 I need to start with?

Also, I take Surge Workout Fuel, when should I consume the other supplements

its all about prioritys and money… Metabolic Drive is a protein, Grow! is a cheaper protein, and creatine is another add on while I personally don’t think u need it others may disagree… what bugs me is the putting on muscle AND losing fat… its one or the other.
