I don’t dislike broccoli, brussels sprouts or cauliflower but the gas…oh the gas. I really don’t like smelling broccoli the next day. I also think they push the protein through your digestive tract before you can utilize it. And the gas. Feeling bloated can kill a workout.
Also, if you can use calories, the big bags of walnuts are cheap there. And the 5 pound containers of cottage cheese. The single serving packages of chili are a good deal too.

Yea… I buy all my food from costco… Find the best deals on the Cottage Cheese / Eggs (the 7.5 dozen box) / Produce / Chicken Breasts / etc
