Too Much Time Without Food?

I eat my third meal at about 12:00 and have pre-workout supps at 3, I then workout at 3:30. My question is, is my 3rd meal to far away from the time I have to workout?

I dunno, does it work for you? Does your energy feel low? Does it negatively impact your workout? The type of questions really don’t have cookie cutter answers.
