Too Much Skin on Stomach, Ideas Aside from Surgery?

Hi again, guys. The title pretty much says it all. I used to weigh almost 300 pounds and I was severely pear-shaped. Now I weigh 230ish and I could be nicely V-shaped if it wasn’t for this 20 pounds of disgusting chewed bubblegum around my midsection.

Any ideas on nonsurgical methods of shrinking belly skin? It’s tough to feel like the badass I know I am when I look in the mirror and see all the flab.
