I am currently on a diet and consuming around 170-190 protein a day at 1900 calories, when i'll stop dieting and increase my calorie intake to 2400-2500 that number might rise to 200-220.
Is that too much protein? like that it will damage something?
If you are 5 years old, yes. Way to much.
