Too Much Pressing Volume?

This is a sample upper body day. Does this seem like more pressing them Jim would recommend? thanks.

  1. Press or Bench 5/3/1
  2. FSL or jokers
  3. Pushing assistance- dips, pushups or DB presses: 3 sets 8-15 reps
  4. Chins
  5. Rows
  6. Triceps

so drop either the FSL/jokers or the pushing assistance? the trouble is i see the value in both.

I would drop the tricep work, or make THAT the pushing assiatance.
