Can someone point me to the evidence for not consuming over 5% n-3? I’ve heard much talk about it and having 1:3.75 3:6 ratio, or something of that sort, but have seen no evidence. I know JB is big on monos, but I don’t think that was in the references. Help is appreciated, as now I am consuming less than 50g monos daily and have a 5:1 3:6 ratio.
The reason I ask is the only evidence I see is combining 3 studies with general poly studies, which are probably mostly 6s. I’m not worried about getting a stroke because of too much fish oil.
