Too Much Light, Not Enough Sleep

I’ve heard this one before, and I can’t say as I entirely disagree with it. Every weight lifter I’ve ever known has bitched at one point or another about not getting enough rest. Article after article is written in mainstream magazines about how under-rested Joe Average is, and the impact it has on work, family, and health.

Our body does so much maintenance while we sleep, it’s no wonder that a chronically shortened sleep cycle would cause wide-ranging problems.
