Too Much Back Work?

Hi, just a quick question. I won’t go into the details of my workout but I’ll just tell you what works my back.

monday-deads 4 x 3-6
-chins 4 x 6-8

wednesday-power cleans 4 x 3-6

friday-same as monday

next monday- same as wednesday, etc…

So you guys think I’m over doing the back?

Are your numbers steadily going up? Is your back getting bigger? Those are the questions you should be looking for.

If yes to both, stay with it.

If no to the first change something.

If no to the second but yes to the first, eat more.

Second that other no, where’s the rowing motion exercise.

As usual, scott m said it right. Try it for 2-3 weeks and see how it goes.

Yea I just started doing this on monday, but so far it seems to be a good fit. I switched it up from 4 day split to full body routine switching between two workouts.
