My diet calls for me to have 100g of fat (3,000 cal inatke 40/30/30). Most of my fat comes from flax & fish oils, mixed nuts, natural PB. I have been using 2 shakes a day, and they both have a lot of MCT’s in them. About 40g of my fat inatke is from the fat in these shakes (mostly MCT’s).
Is it unhealthy to have that many MCT’s in my diet?
(btw- the shakes I’m talking about are muslce milk, and muscle juice. They both taste good).
