currently having 3 eggs for breakfast, 2 eggs/6 whites PWO, 3 eggs MEAL4 and 3 eggs before bed

is eating eggs pre bed, waking up and having eggs and cheese for breakfast, then training and having eggs post workout too many eggs?

Caveman101 will probably be here to reply in a second, and he will laugh mightily.

No, 11 whole eggs a day is no problem at all.

Have your strength and physique improved in the last month or two?

Too many eggs you say?

That’s a lot of eggs. Do you not get sick of them? How long have you been eating 30 a day?

Could one of you guys comment on my diet please? I’m around 240lbs, trying to cut

0600:
4 Eggs
50g shredded cheese
1tsp double cream
Black Coffee

1000:
Coffee with 30ml full cream milk

1200
200g meat (usually leftover steak or roast pork)
1bunch broccolini or asparagus

1600
4 eggs
50g shredded cheese
1tsp double cream

2000 (post workout)
4 eggs
50g shredded cheese
1tsp double cream

Calories work out to around 2500, with 70% Fat, 29% Pro and 1% Carbs

I’m trying to do this diet on a budget, hence the lack of variety.

Get a membership to a store like Costco or Sam’s club. I can get 80lbs of meat for around $150 from there. Things like boneless skinless chicken breast, boneless skinless chicken thighs (yum), pork loin, pork shoulder, and 93% ground turkey are all around $2.00 per pound or less. You can also get a box of 15 dozen eggs for around $20-$30 bucks. Three liters of extra virgin olive oil is only $15. You can get 3 pounds of almonds for $10. Bags with 16 cups of frozen broccoli are $5. I know that cream is actually not the cheapest fat source.
