Too Many Carb Perscriptions

So what the fuck. Is it simply up to me.
Carbs from wake up to evening or
Only evening and all evening until bed.

do both work to keep from increasing fat mass or is one definitively better then the other. I’d like a pole to be run with everyone 8 - 12% fat. Then I’m not getting influenced by the pharma guys or the contest crews cause I’m not in that clique.
8-12% fat would be my goal if i can get there with performance training.

I think the evening-only/post-workout might be a little bit better. Worked for me.
