Tom Brady Training Re-evaluation

Some thoughts:
as others mentioned QB is different to all other positions. Leadership, quick decison making, composure under heavy pressure are king.

Defence won the this superbowl, guys like Ndomekun Suh and VIta Vea are 300 and 345lbs!
…its fair to say their lifting is"quite heavy"

Brady does actually do deadlifts, rows and loads of overhead press just with. band atatched to a mini barbell. Just no free weights.
Sprints a ton as well -bike, prowler, sled work.
Not to mention sand sprints on his own private beach :rofl::trophy:

I’m always amused when steroids get injected into a conversation about the NFL. I usually get pushback about this, but I have always believed that over 99% of the players in the NFL have either used or are using steroids, and I give 0 fucks. That’s just the playing field these days. Plenty of QBs have been on gear and not been able to achieve Brady’s longevity. Basing your fitness on a statistical anomaly literally makes no sense.
