Press 125x2 135x2 145x2 155x2 165x2 rested ~15-60seconds
Push press hang split clean 135x1 145x1 155x1 165x1 175x1 185x1 195x1 205x1 215x1 rested ~15-12-seconds
CT is this to many sets ramping up, or is that not really a big deal. I feel more in the zone when I do a lot of sets with smaller jumps. I’ve been doing these workouts for about a month and have set some sort of PR in every one.
