Today's Meals...

heres what i ate today:
6 am : 8 egg whites, 3 packets of oatmeal 700-750 caleries

10 am: Granola bar and nuts 250 caleries

12 am : 2 penut butter sandwiches on wheat 600-700 caleries

1pm: 3 turkey sandwiches on wheat (heavy Meat) and a bannana 700 caleries

2pm: cytogainer w/ milk 900-1000 caleries

3pm: fruit bar 180 caleries

4 pm: cup of rice 3 chicken breasts 500 caleries

6 pm: ceaser salad w/ chicken 300-400 caleries

8 pm: 2 baked potatoes, cup of wheat noodles and 2 peices of salmon 880 caleries

10:30 pm: Cytogainer with milk 900 - 1000 caleries

6500 caleries…im 180…anything wrong?
people think im weird because of the amount i eat…im only 11% bodyfat…im 15…any pointers? im about to beat this kids recored in this mexican place… he ate 3 two pound burritos called homewrecker. Ill eat 4 without a problem…REMEMBER IM THE SUSHI KING lol hahahahaha

Food intake looks high enough, personally I’d advise protein with every meal. Espically with the fruit bar and the other smaller meals. What about your lifting, what does that look like?

how tall are you how long have you been working out and how much protein do you get a day and whats with your profile? Im just wondering because im 15 to

lol are you sure you need all those calories to grow man…I’m 16, 182-183…and I only need about 3,600 to grow. Sometimes I’ll get 4000 cals, just because. But yeah…around 3,600 and I’m off to grow. I’m guessing with all the cals your eating your going to be either gaining fat, or…lots of muscle with how much work you do. What’re your goals?

is your chicken frozen lol…cause i’ve made chicken before…and it litereally takes me an hour to make…so now i just buy pretty much everything frozen…gives me all the cals i need lol.
