Without food you can experience greater acid reflux or ulcer incidents. Seems like a good time feed because your system is ready for something to digest. Additionally, consider that “window of time” for increased nutrient uptake, everyone talks about the vital hour, but it may be longer than that - its a debated point. Finally, the nicotine rush is most potent in the first 30 minutes and blood level concentrations drop rather quickly within a couple of hours. So consider that as well with the post-workout dilema you have.
