I completed the second phase of EDT back in early September and I am itchin’ to get back to it. Im thinking of starting it again next week - is it too soon or should I go for it? Thanks in advance for the input.
It depends. Have been training with high volume since then, or have you gone with strength work?
I’ve trained for strength (1-6, 5x5) as well as hypertrpophy. I alternate cycles every 4-6 weeks.
If your last training block was relative strength oriented, return to EDT. If it was hypertrophy dominant, do a strength phase again and then return to EDT.
