To Those Missing Their Oats...

I know recently a lot of people (including myself) have been skeptical about the consequences of consuming their morning bowl of oats because of the potential food allergies/cortisol raising effects described by many authors such as Poliquin and CT.

Quinoa has been suggested as a good alternative. Anyways, I ran acros this hot quinoa cereal (very similar to oats), and thought I would post a link for anyone else interested. The natural flavor has a really good macro profile, very similar to oats but with more fiber, and wheat/gluten free!
