Snatch technique still needs work, got depth on overhead squats though. Maybe try real weight next week

Good session today overall. Didn’t get as many reps on MP, but the reps were stricter. I’ve gotten a little sloppy on the 20 rep set in the past week. Lats are sore from the SGDL.

Judo was on hiatus all summer because Sensei had a hernia. Now it’s started again. I’ll add practices to my log

Today most of the practice was uchikomi. Osoto-gari, ouchi gari, kouchi gari, de ashi harai, and okuri ashi harai, doing both right and left handed grips, over and over. Some newaza at the end. I think on thursday we’re doing tai otoshi, ippon and morote seoi, and all koshi waza with both right and left grips, but we’ll wait and see. Leftie throws still feel pretty weird, but in some ways they were easier because my right ankle is more stable (haven’t injured it yet).
