To Deload or Not to Deload

So for once I did my own programming for the past 6 weeks and it has generated some of the best size and strength gains I’ve had in the last 10 years. I love what I’m doing so much and want to keep it going but some lifts are starting to stall. Oddly enough it’s some of the isolation lifts that are falling not the big compound lifts. Is this reason to switch programming or should I wait a bit longer?

I have just submitted an article on deloading… hopefully it will be up next week.

I your case I would deload by dropping the isolation work for a week.
