Cy - I was looking over your article and was wondering about a few minor details. First, do you recommend low rep, heavy lifting while using this approach? I imagine that if using Mag-10 you don’t advise going maybe over 3 or 4 weeks while “on”, would that be correct. Also, after such low calories for that many weeks, is there any issue with tyroid and metabolism down-regulating? Would a product like T2-Pro be advised? Thanks in advance and great article!
