Would it be overtraining if i were to have seperate day for my lats if i were to do the trap specilization routine?
Probably not, at least provided that the volume of lat work is small; maybe 6-8 total sets and that the lat workout is performed at least 72 hours after the traps workout. Furthermore, as I mentionned to several individuals who emailed me, it’s possible to take the exercises of the traps specialization program and put them on different training days.
e.g.: Power clean from blocks and snatch deadlift on leg day, overhead shrugs and cuban press on shoulders day and the Javorek complex on back day.
