This may or may not sound weird but has anyone ever tried chewing food then spitting it out before swallowing when on a calorie restricted diet because i always need something sweet after dinner and i figured if i could chew and spit sum cake i would get the flavour without the fat?
I guess you could, but that's one step towards bulemia. Do you really want to go there?
Why tease yourself
you might as well swallow the food once you chew it because chewing starts the digestion process and the food starts to release calories at that point.. So your getting calories but spitting food out.
Supplement with L-Glutamine. Best thing money can buy to get the sweets monkey off your back.
