I’ll weigh my pack later. It felt good to be on my feet for some milage, and I’ve been needing sunlight. I’d like to hike once a week, so this was a good restart.

After the DB presses, I had to rest several times to not barf. Finally called it and took a steaming-hot shower. My knee is still bothering me, so I’ve stopped lower-body lifting and am trying some joint-friendlier exercises. Lunges are out - had stabbing pain a couple hours later. I hope a doctor won’t be necessary, but time will tell.

The lone, brief upper body workout for the week. People at work have been sick for two weeks straight, and my knee has hurt, sometimes with stabbing pain, since my trail walk a month ago. It felt great last Tuesday but hasn’t since, so I’m at a loss about what to do. My insurance is about to end, so embarking on a knee-doctoring journey won’t yield results. I’m very frustrated.

I might have a torn meniscus, so I’m waddling around in a knee brace and avoiding nearly all leg activity until I get in for an MRI. Doggone.
