I had a quick question about the TM for the Prep and Fat Loss Program. It says to take 85% for all the lifts. Is this the TM used throughout the 6 weeks or does the TM increase after the first 3 weeks? I don’t see it specifically outlined in the book having read that section multiple times. Thanks in advance for any replies.
It says hidden in there somewhere to increase the TM 5lbs for upper body and 10 lbs for lower body after the first 3 weeks.
