Comments: Took yesterday off as I had to travel all day. Was starving at lunchtime and crushed a chimichanga and tons of chips and salsa. Went by the butcher’s market by our old house while I was up there and bought about $400 worth of steak and chicken. Got it all back here in the freezer and am ready to start destroying my diet.
Metcon: Farmer carries suck. That’s about all I have to say about that. Doing pull-ups with them was not a good choice either. Ha ha…
