TM For Anchor, What Percentage?


Im just about to do the Anchor for the limited time template.

Its basically 5/3/1 PR sets.

What TM should this be done at?

Im thinking 90% so as to increase intensity as there is no supplimentry to be done afterwards.

The leader was the widowmaker template (for limited time) which I did at 85%

What do you think?

Just follow the program: raise your upper body TM’s by 5 lbs and your lower body TM’s by 10 lbs.

As far as I know the first cycle of the anchor should just be a training max that is 5/10lb higher than the leader you just finished.

OK thanks guys… I’ll just leave it at whatever it is + the normal monthly increase.
